Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 3.0.3 Build 210324 Rel.1004n

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade my device from 3.0.3 Build 210324 Rel.1004n to M7200(EU)_V3_211117 but it fails everytime at the end of updating, popup not suitable to current firmware.

Thanks for the update.

I checked with the engineers that this firmware should be able to update to 211117.

Can I have a screenshot of the error message "not suitable to current firmware " or any chance that you could record a video clip of the firmware upgrade process?

By the way, may I know why you want to update the firmware or do you have any issue with the current firmware?
