Is there a way to factory reset a P9 other than using reset Button. I need another method because I broke the reset button :((

May I know why do you have to reset P9?

If this unit is online, you could also reset it via Deco APP:

Unit is offline. Red light is blinking.

Is this Deco P9 used to be a satellite unit in the Mesh?

If yes, please connect this P9 via cable to the main Deco or another P9 and check whether the LED could turn white and become online on the Deco APP.

No it is just used as extender. I connected the problem P9 with ethernet cable to another P9. But red light is still blinking.

Then I am afraid there is no other suggestion now and have you contacted the shop retailer to check whether this unit is still under warranty?
