The status page shows the DNSs provided by your ISP. If you want to change them go here:
DNSs set in Advanced > Network > LAN Settings are only valid for your LAN devices which obtain their IP settings by the VR600 DHCP server.
If you change your ISP DNS settings there's no need to make the change in Advanced > Network > LAN Settings.
