AX72 not getting an WAN IP under Dynamic DHCP, latest firmware v211124 ONLY

My ISP haven't provided me an usable fibre network yet so they lent me a 4G CPE.
I grabbed my AX72 today and connected it to the CPE, everything went fine except that the initial firmware wasn't the latest v211114.
WAN is fine at that time(or upgrading would not be possible).
I followed the prompt on the gateway page and upgraded the firmware, than Internet gone dark and the router could only have a 0.0.0.0 for WAN.
Resetting and reflashing the same FW won't help, then I took an old VAIO portable router and AX72 still could not grab a WAN address.
Downgrading to v210813 made everything normal again.
I've thought of a refund and grabbing a XDR5040 from China and then I heard this bug is plaguing other models including some Chinese homeland ones.
As a basic Internet function I assume this should be fixed ASAP but it's 3 months after the release of this version.

Tried changing a imaginary random mac and toggling IPv6 to disabled, won't help.
Routers were Huawei B610h-70a (rebranded as a Softbank Air 4G CPE) and VAIO VGP-WAR100, both aren't quite easy to find but I assume the routers ain't the problem.
