Model: TL-MR3020
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.3.0.0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 180907 Rel:52247n

Hello TP-Link world...

I need help with TL-MR3020...

It was working perfectly, but since yesterday (15-4-2022) it is not connecting with JioFi.

1st, I checked the USB data cable, for that I connect JioFi with my Computer directly. I can access Internet via USB data cable through JioFi, so data cable is working fine.

2nd, I can access Internet in my computer via USB wifi dangle too.. so JioFi device is working fine...

I have been able to access internet with this. I setup like this....

1. Jiofi to TL-MR3020 (USB data cable)

2. TL-MR3020 to D-link router via CAT6

3. I have send 12v Power via same CAT6 cable and convert it to 5v (car phone charger)

4. D-link Router is connected to PC and all other home devices.

3nd, I checked the CAT6 LAN cable. TL-MR3020 Router is connected with D-Link Router, LED comes up. So CAT6 LAN cable is fine...

The network LED on TL-MR3020 is not coming up, so it is not connecting with JioFi dongle. It was working find. I tried resetting it's settings, but no luck.

Please, help me with this...

My whole home LEDs are connected with my wifi networks. Right now my whole automatic LED system is down... Please help me as soon as you get this....

I THANK YOU ALL for staying and supporting me TP-Link buddies

This changes send to me from "TP-Link Support" and it works...
(pic attached, external link error.. can't post as text)

They mention the cause too
"This is because jio device and this device belongs to same subnet."

I THANK YOU ALL once again, my humble gratitude...

Hi,

I checked some information about the JioFi you mentioned, it seems to be a mobile WiFi device instead of USB modem, and it is not listed on the USB modem compatibility list of MR3020 v3, you could also double check it here: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/3g-comp-list/tl-mr3020/v3/?location=1151

Therefore, we are unable to guarantee the compatibility and stability even though it was working before, it is recommended to update the firmware of MR3020 to latest version to see if it helps, here is the download link of the firmware:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tl-mr3020/v3.20/#Firmware

After that, if problem still happens, you could also share with us some screenshots of whole Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page.
