Deco X20 - Missing Parental Control

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20220110 Rel. 60118

X20 Firmware: 1.0.0 Build 20220110 Rel. 60118

M5 Firmware: 1.3.14 Build 20191220 Rel. 39776

I just bought Deco X20, join it to existing Deco M5 and then make the Deco X20 as Master Deco without any problem. I found that on the Deco App, the Antivirus and Parental Control are missing. Is there anyway to get them back again?

I've tried to update the firmware but the apps said they are already up to date.

Hi, welcome to the community.

For the Deco X20, it uses HomeShield and Parental control is under the HomeShield settings.

@David-TP Thanks for the answer... I found it, but seems the feature are less flexible than parental control in Deco M5? for example in Deco M5 we can set different bed time for weekdays and weekend, in Deco X20 we have to upgrade it to Home Shield Pro first to obtain the feature? Is there any documentation showing such management feature comparison between Deco M5 and Deco X20 and HomeShield Pro?
