Hi,

 

My desktop Mac is wirelessly connected to the extended network created by the RE450 but Zoom and a handful of other sites do not load.

 

I tried switching to the main network and they work on that so there seems to be a problem with the range extender. 

 

What can I do to solve the problem?

 Hello  @Francesco72 

You could refer to FAQ below to manually configure RE DHCP settings, note: gateway is router's IP address, and the IP range should be within router IP pool 

What's the solution if my TP-Link range extender can't connect to my router properly?

If still the same, may I know the model of router, may I know what are the website that will not load, does this occurs on all the devices that connected to extender? What are the network devices that has this issue. Thanks
