i have 2 decos m4s and working fine untill today
one is stop blinking and looks like no power , and the other have red light
i make it reset and one is working and the other still not open
how can i fix this ?

Have you tried to switch the power adapter in case that was the problem?
If still nothing happened, It is suggested to contact the local warranty office to check for the warranty.
