I just bought new router VR600vs and i experience I a packet loss when i am playing online games like PUBG mobile.simply when you are in game ping it seems very good however you cannot see other players in game even your teammates. And when I return back the old router which I received from ISP everything work fine. I just bought this device for dual band support and wireless coverage but now I am not sure what is the problem do I need adjust configuration,  change firmware or there is hardware issue in router and need to be replaced

  @MAtef 

What your describing could be Bufferbloat. Google this and run a test (Waveform). 

 

If you get a poor result one way around fixing this and improving the connection and latency/packet loss issues is by turning on QOS and lowering the download limit by 5mb from your max line capacity and also lowering the upload down 1mb from your max line upload capacity. Then run the bufferbloat test again at waveform.

  @MAtef Yeah just as I suspected! cap your download and upload speed using QOS settings as suggested and try the test again.

 

Cap download to 14 and upload to 2 just for experimental test

 

Click on advanced TAB to see QOS setting

  @MAtef  Well you made a big improvement in regards to latency and packet loss issues.

 

Are you gaming on the PC with PUBG-mobile or using it on ur mobile.

  @MAtef maybe with the QOS, find the IPAD IP address and put it into high priority section , other devices place in LOW and have the QOS sliders set to 

 

High 85% Med 10% low 5% see if that helps.

I did too but nothing changed 😕 now i see firmwares for this router i am trying to download and install one by one

I tried 3 firmwares which are located in websites non of them solve my issues
