AC750 not connecting to strongest signal

Installed as instructions. All well except that devices such as my iphone 13 do not switch automatically between router and extender to strongest signal. Router is NOWTV Hub2.

Hello @tonygmg Thank you for asking, this is based on the network client's roaming choice, network client may prefer to stay with the original Wi-Fi signal unless the signal becomes very weak and meets its roaming threshold, here is an article for Apple device: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203068
If you experience intermittent issues on that device, try to set up a different SSID for RE and manually connect it to Extender's wifi network
