@tkay Have you tried a factory reset on the ADSL modem?
and you could also consider subscribing higher bandwidth from internet provider now, less than 1M/s is quite unacceptable for working at home, like me.
@Heidi_Alp i hadn't consider it, i will give it a try. the ISP had indicated that my current package allows me up to 4mbps, but as it seems im stuck at 1mbps so i was thinking it is router related.
