hi, I connected the router to the modem of the tim in lan to wan, I have a 1gb connection. When I connect it in lan to wan after 4 days the router led turns red, I am no longer able to use the router in this lan to wan connection. How can I fix it and my connection is pppoe

It seems you're reporting an internet disconnect issue on the AX6000, please go through the troubleshooting suggestions we provided in the following thread, then report back with the requested information for further follow-up:

BTW, do you know if Tim provides IPv6 for your internet? If yes, please show us how did you configure the IPv6 settings on the AX6000.
