Firmware Version: 1.5.6

Hi. 

I had just install My deco m9 plus. 

I have two deco setup in wireless and when it works, it works good. But it keep turn red and said there is No internet and then turn back to green and work fine. For about 30 minuts it does it 5 times or something like that. 

I don't know what to do and I had tried to read some other threads

Welcome to the community.

when it turned red, it will come back to green automatically later, right?

May I know who is your internet service provider and what is the model number of your cable modem?

Here is some information for your reference:

1. When Deco is red again, please go to Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPv4 and check whether the internet IP address is still here or not.

--If there is no IP address, please try to check with ISP first in case there is any network instability from the service provider side.

--If not, please refer to the private message to install the debug firmware and try to export the logs when Deco turned red again.
