Can you set up router remotely?

What is the model of the TP-Link router?
If you've set it up successfully and linked to the TP-Link Cloud server, you should be able to remotely change the router settings via the Tether app. Below is the guide for your reference:

You can also enable the Remote Management on the router web GUI to remotely manage it:

However, if a router has never been configured, you are not able to set it up remotely.
