Just bought the above to use on Sky and cannot even get it connected.

 

The Vigor appears to connect (in one part of the config, not in the other).  I have set it to Bridged POE mode.

 

When setting up the Archer, it asks for time zone, and whether its static, dynamic, PPPOE etc.  I autodetect, it selects PPPOE

 

The Sky username and password I have used is the one all over the net (abcdefgh@skydsl, 1234567890abcdef

 

It will not connect at all.

 

I bought this combo on the basis it was supoposed to be easy, but it seems I must haver missed a step?

Hello, do you have internet access when you connect the Vigor 130 modem/router directly to your computer? If yes, you should be able to connect the AX11000 to it. If you haven't tried this, please confirm this first as we can verify if there is any restriction or limitation on your line. If there is no internet access on the computer when the Vigor 130 modem/router is connected directly, there might be restrictions on your line and it is suggested to contact your ISP to release any binding.

Please refer to the below troubleshooting guide to confirm some basic settings again on the AX11000 if the internet is working fine when the Vigor 130 modem/router is connected to your computer directly:
