Hi Marvin, thank you for the response!
I've found the problem, it has to do with the following Network card:
intel ethernet controller i225-v - this is a 2.5Gbps NIC by Intel, that has a bug that they should be ashamed of, many people have complained but this network card cannot get more then 100 Mbps, BTW its the most expensive network card intel has to offer as of today.

Unfortunetly intel are a cooperation that doesnt give any kind of real support, so I can only suffer quietly and compain here, the router is fine.
