Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

Hi,

Router AX73 is advertised with connection alerts https://www.tp-link.com/bg/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-ax73/ but when I open the Tether app and I go to tools Connection Alerts is missing. What is going on? Which are the supported routers for this feature and why it says the router has it but it is not available?

  @Kevin_Z Turned out that the official guide for this is not correct. You have to create Parental control group. When new device is connected and it is not in parental control group you will get notified.  There is no additional setting in the app to enable this.

Hello @Stan678

Are you referring to this "New Connected Devices Notification" feature on the page you linked? That is the feature related to HomeShield, can I know if you have subscribed to the HomeShield Pro?

Can I have a screenshot about the Tools on the Tether app?

@Stan678

Thank you very much for getting back with the valued information, and I'm glad to hear you figured it out.

We will also check if this needs to be emphasized on the Tether app. Thank you.
