For some reason it (The wifi extender) works fine on my phone but it doesn't work at all on my PC

If only mobile device could not get internet from range extender:
If still the same, may I know the model of your mobile device and its Andriod or IOS version? What is the error message if there is no internet, is it connected bu no internet?
