I purchased an add'l node for my Deco M9 Plus network.   It's plugged in but blinking red.  Version is 1.8.

Welcome to the community.

Firstly, please hold the reset pinhole at the bottom for 1s to factory reset it.

Then wait till the LED becomes flashing blue.

After that, go back to Deco APP and click"+" on the top right.
