Pope is connected after 5 min when router on. There is boot delay or my router is problem

Generally, how long the router boots up and connects to the internet will depend on how you configured it to connect to the internet, which means it is determined by your internet connection type and the response time of your internet server. BTW, 3-5 minutes could be normal.

 

Can I confirm who is your ISP? Are you using a PPPoE connection? Have you ever compared the connecting time with another router in your network?
