I am running with ubuntu 20.04.4

 

I have a tp-link tl-wr940n and I am trying to set it up.  I have had it for some time.  I was trying to set it up using the quck installation guide.  I had it plugged into my router as well. 

 

I got as far as bringing up 192.168.0.1 (tried tplinkwifi.net but failed) and the password.  Nothing I put in was accepted.  I started with the password on the bottom of the tp-link, also tried the network password, nothing, and everything else I could think of.  I also pressed the reset button and tried again.  Failed............

 

Thoughts?

Did you press the reset button for just a short moment or did you hold it down for like 5 to 10 seconds?
