Did'nt have any of the freezing issues with the regular set-top box. Singtel IPTV/VLAN profile is activated. My setup: Singtel ZTE ONT > AX1500 > Singtel 4k.
Anyone facing the same issue?

Is the AX1500 working as the main router and have you configured the IPTV settings on it correctly? Please go through these instructions below to confirm:
