Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.9

All my ios devices show a "Weak Security Warning" when connected to the newly setup ISP-provided Deco M4's. My app shows no option to change the security key to address my issue, but it also shows that the Deco's firmware is up-to-date. 

 

Further, I cannot access the web interface using 192.168.68.1 or 192.168.68.1:30000 even when connected through the Ethernet cable. I can ping the ip address but page refuses to connect or the page cannot be found. 

 

Has anyone experienced and/or solved this? Thank you!

I'll be following in this. I have the same version 1.1.9 and can't access web interface but can access the app. I hope this problem can be resolved!

Hi, the firmware 1.1.9 Build 20200119 is a customized version for the local Philippine internet service provider PLDT and the users need to contact the ISP directly to check whether there is a suitable firmware available for update.
