Guten Morgen, Ich habe den Router in gutem Glauben bei willhaben.at gekauft, und jetzt ist der Router, dessen Firmware drei gesperrt zu sein scheint! Wie kann TP-LINK dies ermöglichen, habe den Repeater 655 ebenfalls dazu gekauft. ich hoffe das TP-LINK mir eine Lösung für dieses Problem bietet, um wieder in den EU Version zurückzukehren? Jeder Update-Versuch schlägt leider fehl! Ich habe den Aufkleber darunter überprüft und es steht eindeutig, dass es sich um ein EU-Modell v2 handelt, ohne dass diese Sperrung erwähnt wird. Good morning, I bought the router in good faith from willhaben.at, and now the router whose firmware seems to be locked three! How can TP-LINK make this possible? I also bought the repeater 655. I hope that TP-LINK offers me a solution to this problem to return to the EU version? Unfortunately, every update attempt fails! Gleiches Problem beim Upgrade von Archer MR600, gekauft bei willhaben.at als nicht markengebundenes Gerät.
Es ist auch von ISP DREI gesperrt, obwohl keine Net-Simlock? Wieso?

Ich habe leider das  gleiche Problem, keine Möglichkeit ein Update zu installieren. Der Router wurde bei Amazon gekauft.

I bought one from the Amazon shop and one from willhaben, and now I see that most TP-Link routers have an ISP block. Cell phone providers make extra money from it. In Austria, unblocking the ISP costs €40 to €60, just a joke.

Habe einen beim Shop Amazon und einen bei willhaben gekauft, sehe nun das die meisten TP-Link Router eine ISP Sperre haben. Die Handyanbieter machen zusätzliches Geld damit. In Österreich kostet die Aufhebung der Sperre beim ISP € 40.- bis € 60.-, einfach nur ein Witz.

was in the Drei Shop Lugnercity yesterday, applied for activation and paid € 40.-, case explains no update possible and therefore no WPA3, everything was documented including IMEI and an email was sent to technical support.

Today the answer came from support three.

TP-Link routers from Drei, like yours, are SIM lock free. We asked you to test the router again with another provider; you will receive a refund of the activation fee you paid in your shop.

The error is clearly with TP-Link, who do not want to provide any firmware for this error message or this known problem (for many people, whether purchased from Amazon, etc.) in order to update your router and keep it up to date be.

Other forum members and I also think this is the wrong company policy and, from that point of view, an impudence towards the customer.

This will also be sent to TP-Link Support Global, Germany and Austria.

war gestern im Drei Shop Lugnercity, habe eine Freischaltung beantragt und € 40.- bezahlt, Fall erklärt kein Update möglich somit auch kein WPA3, alles wurde dokumentiert inklusive IMEI und eine Mail dem technischen Support übermittelt.

Heute kam die Antwort vom Support Drei.

TP-Link Router von Drei, wie auch Ihrer, sind SIM Lock frei. Wir baten Sie den Router noch einmal mit einem anderen Anbieter zu testen, die bezahlte Freischaltgebühr erhalten Sie in Ihrem Shop erstattet.

Der Fehler liegt somit eindeutig bei TP-Link, die keine Firmware für diese Fehlermeldung bzw. Dieses bekannte Problem (bei vielen Personen, ob bei Amazon, willhaben etc. gekauft) zur Verfügung stellen wollen um Ihren Router zu aktualisieren und auf dem neuesten Stand zu sein.

Andere Forum-Mitglieder und auch ich finde, das ist die falsche Firmenpolitik und so gesehen eine Frechheit gegenüber dem Kunden.

Dies wird auch an den TP-Link Support Global,Deutschland, sowie Österreich übermittelt.

but the whole thing was handled by Support Germany to my complete satisfaction. For members where an update does not work due to ISP, you should write to Support Germany by email. They will then contact you and find out the solution by email.

Unfortunately, for legal reasons, I cannot tell you this.

aber das Ganze wurde vom Support Deutschland, zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Bei den Mitgliedern wo ein Update wegen ISP nicht funktioniert, sollte man den Support Deutschland anschreiben per Mail, Sie werden dann von diesen kontaktiert und erfahren die Lösung per Mail.

Aus rechtlichen Gründen kann ich Ihnen dies leider nicht mitteilen.

I get following the error when I I update:

Error code: 4503
The uploaded file was not accepted.
 

I've tried all available firmwares on the support page. 

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

I also bought an MR600 Router V2 with the firmware version: 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210805 Rel.63527n in a shop in Austria.

Unfortunately I also get error 4503 when updating the firmware.
