Hello,

I have a router, Archer C60, which works fine while being connected to the modem.

I'm trying to setup the Deco M5, where i follow the steps on the app, but at the end it shows a RED light on the M5 and there is no internet. I re-connected the old router and it works fine. How to solve this issue on the M5?

Welcome to the community.

Have you set up the same internet connection type on the Deco M5?

If yes, I think maybe your ISP needs MAC authentication.

Please try to find the WAN/Internet MAC on the Archer C6 and put it into the M5:

It is under Deco APP>More>Advanced>MAC clone
