I have TL-wr840N (eu)
Im trying to install vpn on it
in guide of pure VPN i read that in network - wan - connection type, i need to find: "PPTP/Russia PPTP"
but i cant find it.
please help

As per your description, it seems you are trying to use a PPTP connection on the router WAN to link to the Pure VPN server. Please be aware that that is one of the WAN connection types provided by the Internet Server Providers, it is not commonly used for connecting to a normal VPN server, which could be encrypted.
If that is provided by your ISP, you can refer to this guide to know more about the settings:
