Hi,
Suddenly my m9+ got slow on cable and wifi too.
Using cat6 cable connected directly to the modem i measure 260mbps and over, same on wifi.
Connected to the m9+ i measure 80-90mbps via cable and wifi.
I tried
- factory reset
- reset qos
But still the same.
Any idea what to try?

I suppose the problem might be on the Ethernet link speed from the WAN port of M9 plus to the ISP modem.
Could you please help me check some details:
1. What is the speedtest under "Test internet speed" under Deco APP>More?
2. please connect the ISP modem to another port on the M9 plus and if possible, please change a different cable as well.
If still the same, you could also change a different Deco M9 plus as the main Deco:

Hi,
I removed all decos, reset them, changed the cable and have built up the network again, the ips router switched to modem mode, decos run in router mode.
Results,
Deco's built in speed test measures 500mbps (that is my subscription ips max) - great.
Wifi is poor 80-100mbps.
