Hello,

 

A couple of days ago my internet on my device started to do weird. It was connected without internet. Every now and then the internet just loses connecties but is still connected. I contacted my IPS and they said that everything was good. Any ideas on what i can do?

Welcome to the community.

Would the main Deco turn red when it stopped working?

Have you ever checked the IPv4 settings on the Deco APP>More>Advanced>ipv4 to see whether the Deco still had the valid internet IP address?

And when it stopped working, would it restore the connection automatically?

The deco works just fine. The LED is green.

It only doesnt work on mobile devices. I checked the ipv4 settings and everything is looking good. 

 

It is very strange because i tried everything.

What are these devices that are randomly connected but without internet service?

Are they connected to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
