when will be the new firmware will come ? because facing up/down count issue on UI

Apologies that I honestly do not have an answer when or if there will be a new firmware available. The way we do firmware is that we only release a new version when there is a bug/flaw/vulnerability to patch or a new feature to add. Older firmware does not mean it's any less secure but that for that region there are not any bugs or flaws to patch or new features to add.
Back to your concern, what do you mean by "facing up/down count issue on UI"? Can you please explain in detail, then we may confirm and find a solution?
