The mobile client seem not to be working, I also tried support, no response

Go through this guide and learn how to install and use your Deco app.

If you're using Android phone keep in mind that it requires Android 4.4 and up.

If you're using iPhone keep in mind that it requires iOS 9.0 or later.

Update:

The system requirements of the Deco APP have been updated:

Android 5.0 or later
iOS 11.0 or later
*Note: The minimum system requirements will be updated alongside updates to the app, subject to official website information.
