I've been using my Qnap nas previously with Huawei 4G router and it worked just fine.

I got a new Deco X20-4G and I've been trying to connect it to my Qnap with no luck so far.

All other devices connected to Deco just fine.

Any suggestions what I could do to get my Qnap also connected to Deco?

Thanks for feedback.

Is the NAS QNAP TS-253D connected to Deco X20-4G via Ethernet cable or via Wi-Fi?

Would there be any error message when it failed to connect Deco X20-4G?

If it is connected and no internet service, please also help me whether it is able to get the valid IP address from Deco?
