Ich möchte meinen WA850RE mit meinem neuen Router Speedport Smart4 als Repeater verwenden. Habe dazu drei Firmwareupdates von 2017, 2018 und 2022 aufgespielt.

Kann ihn per http://tplinkrepeater.net/ ansprechen und versuchen mit meinem WLAN zu verbinden, ich bekomme jedoch keine Verbindung.

Kann es sein dass die HW inkopatibel (zu alt) ist?

Ich hatte zuvor einem Speedport Smart3. Mit dem hat es gut funktioniert, sogar ohne die o.g. genannten Firmwareupdates.

Sorry for the late reply. 

If you have difficulty accessing the web page of the range extender via 'http://tplinkrepeater.net/' like this FAQ How to log into the web management page of the range extender. 

Please try to find the IP address of your range extender on the router DHCP network device list, and use the IP address to login the web page of the extender.
