I recently acquired a Deco M5 and have been very impressed with both the performance and the coverage I get from the 3 units that I have. That being said I have acquired a really odd problem since installing. I cannot seem to update Apps on my iOS 15.5 devices since I installed the Deco.

 

Apps update/install perfectly OK on other WiFi networks or over Carrier Data but not over WiFi. After the recent update I've started to encounter this issue that has no available solution. Also, the anti virus is switched off yet the problem persists. Even though I've reset the settings on my phone and deco, both, the issue remains as is.

"After the recent update I've started to encounter this issue", do you mean the upgrades of the 1.6.0 firmware of Deco M5?

Were you able to reproduce the same issue all the time?

And would there be any error message during the updates/installation?

Do you have any android phones and would the Apps update/install work?

Thank You very much for the prompt reply. Until the recent firmware update that is 1.6, everything was working fine. Just after this recent update which has successfully installed, I'm encountering this issue. 
 

Will either try to downgrade to the previous version or await an update. 
 

Please suggest a way out of this issue since nothing's available online.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

It is not suggested to downgrade the firmware back to 1.5.7 since 1.6.0 has added many new features.

Our senior engineers also paid high attention to any feedback of 1.6.0.

If you are able to reproduce the same issue all the time, I would like to forward your case to the senior engineers directly for further assistance.

By the way, may I know the model number of your iPhone?

Have you set up any parental control rules to this iPhone?
