i couldnt connect my TV+ decoder with ethernet cable.
recorder didnt get signal.

Thank you for reaching out to us, Please ensure a computer can get internet from range extender via Ethernet cable first.
If TV recorder does not have internet, you may need to reach TV recorder support and see that requires some extra setup on the recorder.
You may need to confiure the IP address or see if TV recorder gets an IP address.
