Model: Archer VR300
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.8.0 v00a2.0 Build 210827 Rel.70593n

Replacing Aussie Broadband (ABB) provided modem/router (Netcomm) with VR300 Version 2.2 due to abysmal performance of the Netcomm router section.  The Netcomm router provided download and upload speeds close to the 25/10 contracted on both wireless and wired connections.

The VR300 has been configured to ABB FTTN requirements (VDSL2, Annex A, bit-swap and SRA enabled) and achieves the correct download, but suffers slow uploads (both wired and wireless) at almost 50% less than the Netcomm (with identical settings) was achieving.  ABB (very helpful and competent) support (and I) have reached the conclusion that this appears to be an issue with the VR300 - either settings and/or hardware.  Despite incremental changes to settings (and changing back again) over several days there's no joy.

I have even attempted a factory reset, completing only sufficient settings to connect to the FTTN node, and the upload speed remains stubbornly low.

Any suggestions - or offers of replacement hardware, maybe? :-(
