I installed fibre and received a router from the company, I'm trying to connect my Archer C20 as a range extender to this new router but I can't seem to find it

Funny story, my isp had connection issues while I was trying this, once those issues were resolved it worked as an extender. Thank you and apologies

Hi,

Have you tried both, the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi and the C20 can't find either of the fibre router's SSIDs?

Does the fibre router broadcast 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi on different SSIDs or do both bands use the same SSID?
