Hi,
1. please try to restart the MR6400 with SIM card inserted properly, also try to unplug and reinsert the SIM card.
2. please make sure the SIM card itself is working properly on other 4G devices, try different SIM cards if possible
3. If still no any SIM card can be detected, it is recommended to contact the seller where you bought it originally to check warranty.
