Archer C7 v5 hangs randomly every week even after factory reset

Model: Archer C7

Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: 1.2.0

looks like i am also experiencing same

i am on latest firmware 1.2.0

i was using it as PPPOE mode

i have also disabled both 2.4ghz and 5ghz band of wifi

also i disabled wiremesh feature

the router hangs randomly every week or in 2 weeks

build a better hardware or dont sell such cheap things

Can I have the detailed symptom of the router hang issue? Will all LEDs turn off then on automatically or do they stay on permanently?

When did you purchase the router, and when did the issue start to happen?

Is the router hot when the issue happens? How about the room temperature? Please put the router in a well-ventilated location.
