Is the AX10 connected to a cable from your internet provider? Is there a modem from them? If possible, please try with another cat 5e or cat 6 cables.
Who is your ISP?

@Kevin_Z I connect the arch 10 with a cable to one out ethernet router of my Internet provider here in Argentina..I tested with my laptop this cable before I connected to the Arch10 and I have 300 mbits. Then the Arch10 detected 10 megabits. Is something related if it works as a router or acces point?.I would try with a short cable to connect bote router and see whats going on?
Thanks

If the Internet Negotiation Speed on the AX10 is Auto, it will negotiate automatically when connecting to the internet cable.
Can I know who is your ISP? Are you able to change that internet cable to have a test? You may try cat 5e or cat 6 cables.
When did you purchase the AX10, does the issue occur when you initially install it? Please try resetting the AX10 to its factory defaults, then check the Internet Negotiation Speed again without any configuration, just plug the internet cable into its WAN port and login to the web interface page to check.
