Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: Firmware Version:1.6.0 Build 20220525 Rel. 48298

Usually overnight they will change their name back to M5

May I know which name you refer to? the WiFi(network) name, or the clients' name here? can I have some screenshots?

Hi, thanks for the feedback.

I see the main Deco(Living room) is also Deco M5 and it would not be reverted back to "M5" right?

And for the rest of 3*Deco M5, Did you use the customized name before?

Would you please change the name of these 3*M5 again? later if the names are back to "M5", please refer to this link and help me save the Deco APP log.

By the way, would the same issue happen to the 2*black Deco W2400(Kitchen and main bedroom) if they used customized names as well?

  @David-TP Hi. 2 of them changed overnight. I submitted a log with the subject line of this thread. 

 

I think the Kitchen and Main Bedroom may have changed before but I'm not 100% sure. Hope this helps!
