I have an older Roku that is able to connect but the slightly newer one is having issue.
Hi, Would there be any message when the new Roku failed to connect to Deco M4?
There are some suggestions for your reference:
1. turn off fast roaming under Deco App>More>Advanced>Fast roaming.
2. turn off the 5ghz on the main network.
