Recently purchased a second hand router and it is saying it is locked to another TP-link account and was wondering if the account can be changed.
Also every week or so the DSL connection drops and needs a reboot to fixed although configured to work with my ISP.
A possible solution to the problem is to contact the previous owner and ask him to delete the device from his Tether app.
Another option is "If you want to unbind the admin TP-Link ID from your router, please go to Basic > TP-Link Cloud, click Unbind in the Device Information section."

If that doesn't work for you then contact tech support and ask them to reset the device TP-Link ID binding.
As this a refurbished router from amazon. I am unable to contact the original owner.
