Some other device's no internet but connected to wifi.. please help

When you connect the A5 to the ISP modem and finish the Quick Setup, does it obtain a valid WAN IP address from the modem?

 

If not, please try the procedures stated in this thread to determine if the internet will be up:

My new router is not obtaining an IP address from my cable modem
