Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.0 Build 20220221 rel.50072(5553)

I recently got an alert on my router's UI telling me there is a firmware upgrade available for 1.3.1 Build 20220721 rel.61848. However, when attempting to update, I get the error "Unable to connect to the cloud server. Please try again later." Did the update get pulled back or am I doing something wrong? When I try to look online to manually upgrade, I cannot find that build number.

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the TP-Link community.

There might be some internet interrupt issue in some special network environment as reported on this thread, so the 1.3.1 Build 20220721 may not be available to be updated, and that's why you got some errors when trying to upgrade that version.

It's suggested to keep the current 1.3.0 version and wait for the next official version.
