Remote access on App
Hello,
I have a series of Deco M5s installed in a building where I dont live. Until about 3 or 4 days ago, I was able to check on the Deco Mobile app the status of each M5 and also get a list of connected devices from home. However, since the last 4 days, I get this error message whenever I try to check the status on app:
"We couldnt find Deco
Something went wrong with the cloud service. Please try again later.
If you are unsusccessful after several attempts, connect to your Deco's WiFi network and try again. "
When i am at the building where its installed and connect to the wifi, then i can again see the status of Decos, devices connected etc.
Any idea why the remote access would suddently stop working? I havent changed any settings..
