Deco X73-DSL USB Sharing
When I connect an NTFS 12TB hard drive to the USB is doesn't shown up as a Connected USB device, but I can connect to it on the local network via MacOS 12.5.1, Windows 11 and Android 12 perfectly. Is there any reason why it's not showing up when actually it's being shared? It would be nice to be able to disconnect the drive safely when necessary.

Could you please log into the web UI of Deco X73-DSL to see whether it showed up on the web interface:Deco web interface login
May I know the model number of the NTFS 12TB hard drive?
And could you please send me the following screenshots:
- The USB drive does not show up on the APP.
- The LAN clients are able to access the USB drive.
