Internet speed capped at 100mbps

I would like to ask for help.
I bought a brand new Mercusys AX1800 Wifi 6 Router as an upgrade from my existing ISP MODEM.
I am a bit techy guy so setting up the router was so easy and straight forward.
Now, before I connected to my devices to the mercusys router. I did a speedtest WIRELESSLY first using my ISP Modem.
MY ISP at 2.4hz
DOWNLOAD 123.12 mbps
Upload 124.47mbps
MY ISP at 5gh
DOWNLOAD 315.23 mbps
UPLOAD 315.98
MERCUSyS at 2.4ghz
DOWNLOAD 100.62
UPLOAD 98.56
MERCUSYS at 5ghz
DOWNLOAD 98.12
Upload 99.28
I already updated the mercuys to its latest firmware, took the file from the Mercusys support page.
Why is it that I don’t get the same speed coming from ISP at 5ghz – wirelessly of 315mbps
While mercusys seems like its capped at 100mbps?
FYI, my internet plan is UNLI Fiber at 300mbps.

Here's the details of the router i bought for your reference:
Mercusys AX1800 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Router (MR70X)
Internet Nego Speed : 1000mbps FULL DUPLEX
I used a CAT5e Ethernet cable that comes with the package.
We have a 300mbps Fiber Internet plan.
When i connect wirelessly to our ISP Modem.
at 2.4ghz i get an average of 80 - 100mbps
while at 5ghz an average of 270 - 300 mbps.
but when i shift my devices and connected it to the mercusys router.
i get an average of 80-90ish mbps at 2.4ghz
while 80-100ish at 5ghz.
