Macbook air and IPad Internet issues

I have internet issues regarding my Ipad. Currently i was able to use the internet by turning off the private wifi setting on the device.

However on my macbook air, it connects to the deco (i think) but theres no internet connection.

I tried connecting both of the devices to a personal hotspot and it runs smoothly.

I tried restarting the modem, the router and the devices.

Have you checked on the Mac Air whether it has got the correct IP address from Deco?

And are you able to see whether Mac Air is on the online clients of Deco APP?

May I know the Mac OS version on the Macbook?

Please also turn off "Fast roaming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced to see whether it helped or not.
