My extender worked in our cabin in the garden until we had a power cut and ever since it will only work in the kitchen in the house. The red light 2.4g is on and all the other green lights. I have reset it several times but with no results. Any help appreciated From Frere

Do you mean previously you can put the extender in the garden, but now you need locate RE to somewhere closer to the main router.

The Red 2.4Ghz Wifi Led on the range extender means it receives poor WIfi signal from the main router.

Please confirm the main router has not been changed and broadcast strong Wifi signal at the current location of the range extender.
You may need to relocate the router to somewhere closer to the RE.
