Unable to making and receiving a call using rj11 phone port
I tried to configure it with Airtel and Jio sim, but in both sim Internet and SMS are working but calling is not working.

Hi, please make sure the VoLTE is enabled on the Advanced->Telephony Mode page(it is on VoLTE mode by default, but the VoLTE switch is turned off by default below the telephony mode).
Besides, when you insert the same SIM card into your smartphone, are you able to make and receive calls properly? If so, please also check if the network falls back to 3G/2G when you are at a call or always stays on 4G.

@Sunshine VoLTE is enabled and SIM card is working properly in smartphone, i also tried another SIM card of other carriers.

Hi, when you test the same SIM card in your smartphone, please confirm if the network falls back to 3G/2G or always stays on 4G when you are at a call, which is very important.
